Laminar Law, PLLC is a hearing examiner services company committed to providing high-quality hearing examiner services to a select number of jurisdictions in Washington.  Laminar Law utilizes a collaborative approach to providing hearing examiner services, where our Hearing Examiners, Attorneys Yoshi Kumara and Peregrin Sorter, and supporting attorneys work together on all matters that come before Laminar Law.  Laminar Law assigns a lead Hearing Examiner to each matter based on availability and specific expertise, and our team collaborates on hearing preparation and decision drafting to ensure that we provide a fair, efficient, and consistent hearing process and produce legally sound decisions.  This model also ensures that our Hearing Examiners are readily available to schedule requested hearings, can capitalize on each other’s knowledge about the local planning policies and regulations governing our decisions, and are able to efficiently produce decisions that are clear, thorough, and timely issued.
